Common questions

Will I lose my progress?: Progress is stored on this iPhone and, if you are signed in to iCloud, mirrored to your own iCloud. It survives app updates; after reinstalling, or on another iPhone or iPad with the same Apple Account, it comes back from iCloud. Devices merge to the best result, so nothing is lost.
There is no sound.: Check the iPhone volume and that sound is on in the game's Settings. When the iPhone is in silent mode, iOS mutes game sounds; turn silent mode off to hear them.
The shelf is full and nothing fits. What now?: Tap Undo as often as you like (one tap, one step back) or Again to start the door over. Every door is checked by a solver, so it can always be opened from the start. There are no timers and no lives.
How do I start over?: In the burrow tap the gear, then Start over and confirm. Doors, carrots, decorations and story scenes start over, also on your other devices with the same iCloud.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?: No. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no account.
