Common questions

Will I lose my progress?: Progress is stored on this iPhone and, if you are signed in to iCloud, mirrored to your own iCloud. It survives app updates; after reinstalling, or on another iPhone or iPad with the same Apple Account, it comes back from iCloud. Devices merge to the best result, so nothing is lost.
There is no sound.: Check the iPhone volume and that sound is on in the game's Settings. When the iPhone is in silent mode, iOS mutes game sounds; turn silent mode off to hear them.
I keep losing at the bridge. What now?: Tap Again: every run can be repeated at once, and the carrots you picked up are kept even when the run fails. After two fails in a row neighbours quietly join the start crowd. Earlier runs can be replayed for carrots, and village upgrades (Burrows, Drum, Carrot field) make the horde bigger and the BOO louder. With the village fully built every run can be won.
How do I start over?: In the village tap the gear, then Reset progress and confirm. Runs, carrots, upgrades, looks and trophies start over, also on your other devices with the same iCloud.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?: No. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no account.
