Common questions

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?: No. Every tool runs on your iPhone, also in flight mode. The app has no server.
Free Up Space asks for access to all photos.: Finding duplicates needs to compare the photos in your library, so it asks for full access. With limited access it checks only the photos you allowed. Everything is compared on the device, and nothing is deleted unless you confirm it.
How do I compress from another app?: Tap Share in Photos or Files and choose Lepus Pixel. You can compress or remove metadata without opening the app.
Does removing metadata remove the location?: Yes. Remove Metadata strips location, camera and date data. The metadata view shows exactly what a photo reveals before and after.
Subtitles do not appear.: Speech is recognised on the device. The first time, iOS may need to download the language model, so stay online for a moment. Check that the video's language is selected.
Is it free?: Yes. All tools are currently free, without ads or an account.

Requirements

iPhone or iPad with iOS 18 or later. Works offline. Alt text, name ideas and recipe summaries need a device with Apple Intelligence.
